Terms and Conditions

1. All new applicants are required to pay a one-time administrative fee of $30 as well as the coaching fees for one full term (11 weeks of lessons) for each subject. The current fee structure is as follows:

    • One-time Administrative Fee – $30
    • Upper Primary (Per Subject) – $900 per term (11 weeks)
    • Lower Secondary (Per Subject) – $980 per term (11 weeks)
    • Upper Secondary (Per Subject)

2. Fees are to be paid by any of the methods listed below. Please screenshot payment details and email the screenshot to grow@focused-antonelli.103-7-9-51.plesk.page clearly stating the student’s full name and assigned student ID. All fees paid are strictly not refundable. Once payment has been verified, we will reply your email to acknowledge receipt.

3. Students who sign up mid-term are still expected to pay fees for one full term. The excess amount paid will be used to offset the coaching fee for the next term. For example, if a Lower Secondary student signs up for English classes and begins lessons in Term 1 Week 5, he will have to pay an initial sum of $1010 to secure his place ($30 admin fee + $980 first term fee). In Term 2, he will only have to pay 7/11 x $980 = $623.64 and from Term 3 onwards, he pays the full termly rate of $980/term.

4. Fees listed above are subject to change.

5. All online lessons will be video recorded and the recordings made available to students from that specific class. If students are unable to attend a particular lesson, they will be able to watch the recording of that lesson to keep up with their learning for that week. Teachers will make arrangements to make sure the students who miss lessons will be kept up to speed.

6. Each class will have a Google Classroom set up which will serve as the main point of contact between teachers and students. For this purpose, each student will be expected to have a Google account / email.

7. There will be an Onboarding Programme for all new students and parents to learn more about what to expect at Impact Circle and how you can maximise your experience with us.
