Have you ever wondered what it would take to succeed in the workplace in 2030?
According to a World Economic Forum report, the top 3 skills that will see even greater relevance and importance by 2030 are higher cognitive skills, technological skills, and social-emotional skills. Such skills will be highly sought after by employers. Are students ready to enter the workforce with such skills?
At Impact Circle, we believe in working with our students and their parents in their academic and holistic growth. To break the chain of academic stress, we keep our classes deliberately small at about 2 to 5 students each. We work with parents to care for our students and they are updated about their children’s progress every semester. We have seen students overcome their challenges such as online gaming in the past two years as we journey with them and their parents. We find it rewarding to play a part in helping our students develop their social-emotional competencies such as self-management and responsible decision-making. As highlighted earlier, such skills are highly sought after by employers of the future.
The bedrock of what we do at Impact Circle are our values – passion, purpose-driven, competence, and growth. These values guide our approaches to delivering our academic programmes so that our students grow academically and holistically now and in the future. Do follow us for the next few blog posts on how we use high-impact learning strategies to help our students succeed academically!
